A grandmother with MATRAM-Mozambique Treatment Access Movement in Mozambique, Lizete Lisboa Mucasse saw first-hand the challenges other grandmothers in her community were facing, including raising children who had lost their parents to AIDS-related illnesses. Lizete’s vision for the future is clear: a world in which women are respected, safe from violence, and girls can pursue education for a brighter future.
